The defending champions Green Bay Packers are the unanimous No. 1 for the fifth straight week in a row, the only team without losing a game in past seven weeks as they remained at top of the power rankings week 8.

NFL regular season has closed its seven weeks of play, during these games fans have witnessed many movers and shakers as the 49ers, who have risen from No. 26 to No. 4 last before week, but the Patriots and Saints has secured in an unpredictable battle. However, both teams have been in the top 10 from the outset.

Baltimore too lost some easy games with lacking energy against the Jaguars. Steelers, who slipped down to No.13 in rankings after week 5, now has a new look with few wins as they rose back to No.5. But, Colts lost their seventh week in a row are desperate for their first win. Although, week 8 might not turn the things up side down as top 10 teams seems to be strong and hoping to do the same.

Green Bay Packers undefeated season is looking more and more like the path the defending Super Bowl champions, they are aiming for hot streak of nine more games. The New England Patriots were able to keep their spot at number two on this list through the bye week. New Orleans Saints have strengthened their third spot by 62-point explosion against the winless Indianapolis Colts.
