The 25-year-old running back, who could become an unrestricted free agent if and when the lockout is lifted because he’s already played four seasons, understands that the NFL is a business, and he may have to move on.
Bradshaw’s agent, Drew Rosenhaus, made headlines Sunday night when he told Miami sports that his client is open to becoming a Miami Dolphin. The Dolphins are in the market for a running back to pair with Daniel Thomas.
Bradshaw is spending his offseason in Miami, training and recovering from surgery to clean out his left ankle in mid-February. Bradshaw said his potential free agency it is a process and all he can do is just stay focused. Bradshaw just wants to play football as he loves the game and he is working hard right now, his agent is doing his job and hopefully they can settle something soon.
However Bradshaw didn’t attend the Giants’ voluntary workouts at Hoboken in May, Bradshaw said he is in constant talks with wide receivers Hakeem Nicks and Mario Manningham and fellow running back Brandon Jacobs during the lockout.
