Brett Favre and Jenn Sterger Scandal have come into existence on October last year. Brett Favre has sent some offensive pictures to the team employee Jenn Sterger. Brett Favre was fined $50,000 for the incident.
Brett Favre has given some of the answers for the questions during his investigation. Reacting to the incident, on Wednesday, the NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell stated that Favre was not candid in many aspects at the time of the investigation which resulted in additional negative attention for the NFL.
During the NFL investigation, Brett Favre has submitted to have a meet with Goodell. But, in spite of responding to the investigators and the Goodell, he did not co-operate with the investigation in a straightforward behavior. Goodell stated the Favre would have been imposed a significantly higher level of discipline. He added that his unclear response to the chargers made him escape with a larger fine.
Jenn Sterger should file a document at the state agency or with the Federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission within a period of 180 days after the incident, but should not exceed 300 days. In order to file a case against Brett, she should have a notice to the Jets on behalf of Brett’s behavior. As Brett and Sterger were employees of the Jets, there was no complaint against him in the Jets organization.
