Kevin Kolb, the quarterback of Arizona Cardinals got injured to his right foot in the Sunday’s game against Baltimore Ravens. Cardinals lost 30-27 to Ravens. However, there are no details revealed about the injury and how serious it is.
On the other hand, Kevin has acknowledged to reporters during a postgame interview session he sustained the injury early in the game. He was noticeably floppy on the team’s first drive of the game but never came out. He has completed 10-of-21 passes for 153 yards with one touchdown and one interception.
It was reported that the Arizona Cardinals coach, Ken Whisenhunt indicated Kolb could have turf toe which is typically a painful, lingering injury. Kevin was wearing a walking boot on his right leg after the game. However, it has to be considered a positive that hi injury was never painful enough to force him out of Sunday’s game against Ravens. John Skelton and Richard Bartel were next up on the depth chars. Besides, Cardinals have very little experience to turn to if Kolb is out for any substantial length of time.
