Steve SmithCarolina Panthers will open training sessions in two weeks without Steve Smith. Panthers are expecting that Steve Smith may join with the team for the final preseason match.

Steve Smith picked up an arm injury last month and doctors advised him to take rest for two months. Smith has been working with trainers regularly in Carolina. So, he may back with the team for the Panthers final preseason match at Pittsburgh on September 2.

It seems that Steve Smith is recovering fast. The Panthers are confident that if he will miss the preseason match then he will be definitely available for the season opener.

Steve Smith is the key player in the Carolina Panthers and he is a perennial Pro Bowl player.
