Dallas Cowboys Bryan McCann has been Jailed

Dallas Cowboys cornerback Bryan McCann was arrested by the Dallas police officials on Saturday morning and he was charged with the public intoxication.

Sources stated that Bryan McCann was taken to the Dallas Detox Center by the Dallas Police officials on Saturday early morning at 3 am. Dallas Cowboys cornerback Bryan McCann had given a statement that, he was not drunked and he added he will fight for the arrest. He was not intoxicated and did not cause any danger to others. Dallas Cowboys team officials did not comment on this issue. The National Football League will be under discussion to the personal conduct policy, while the league has locked out the players. If McCann violated the conduct of policy, he will get the punishment from the NFL league after lockout is over and his case will be reviewed by the league officials.

The 23 year old Bryan McCann signed by the Dallas Cowboys as an undrafted free agent in 2010 and he played his college football at SMU Mustangs football. McCann also rejected the offers to play for Tulsa Golden Hurricane, Texas Tech Red Raiders, Stanford Cardinal, Oklahoma State, UAB, Rice and North western Wildcats. But he was interested to play for SMU Mustangs football.

As a rookie, McCann scored 101 yards for a touchdown in a victory against the New York Giants. Bryan McCann was re-signed with the Dallas Cowboys on 16th September, 2010 and he was moved up to active roster on 4th November, 2010. He also named as Pepsi NFL Rookie of the Week for 11th week. McCann was claimed off through waivers by the Baltimore Ravens on 5th September, 2010. He also made his name by recording two of the longest plays in the franchise history in straight games.

McCann stated that, he was never arrested by the Police officials and he said he was respectful manner off the football field. His agent John Biggins given a statement on Sunday that, McCann was innocent in this issue. NFL spokesman Brian McCarthy said that, league will take action against the players, if they avoid the rules.
