Darrelle Revis and the New York Jets have agreed for new deal on Sunday night. Darrelle Revis and New York Jets new contract terms were not revealed yet.
New York Jets announced that Darrelle Revis may fly to New Jersey on Monday to sign on contract. After the completion of contract signing procedure, Revis will join the teams full training sessions.
On Saturday, New York Jets coach; Rex Ryan and Darrelle Revis have met in Florida to close the disputes in Revis contract. But, sources say that there were no progress in the talks and New York Jets is looking to go for regular season with out Darrelle Revis.
Revis has missed the 36 days of training camp and fined $578,305. Now, he may get some exception in fine.
Darrelle Revis did not make any public statements since June. Few hours ago, Revis said thanks to his family and agents, Neil Schwartz and Jonathan Feinsod in a tweet on his twitter account.
The New York Jets has also closed all speculations regarding their deal with Darrelle Revis. Revis will join the NY Jets for the first regular season game against Baltimore Ravens on September 13.
