Eli Manning is likely to join New York Giants for the game against Baltimore Ravens. Eli Manning had head injury in their first preseason game against New York Jets.
Eli Manning has been recovering from his forehead injury that did not support him to wear helmet. Earlier, he underwent practice session with out wearing helmet. But, for every NFL player, helmet is compulsory. However, Manning participated in training sessions on Monday by wearing Giants baseball cap. He seems to be recovered well and played actively.
“It feels fine; the stitches are out,” Eli Manning said. “I’m not wearing a helmet today for practice, will be in a hat, but it feels fine and is not hurting. It’s exposed; as long as I don’t get hit in the head, it will be all right.”
Eli Manning may wear the helmet for the Wednesday’s practice. On Friday, 12 stitches were removed from his forehead. Manning did not play in their Saturday’s game, where they lost against Pittsburgh Steelers.
