"Jerry Sandusky Arrested"Former Penn State assistant football coach Jerry Sandusky was arrested and jailed on Wednesday, Dec. 7 over the new abuse charges claimed by new two accusers.

One of the accusers claims Sandusky molested him several times in a basement bedroom. With the latest accusers, the alleged victim’s number was increased to 10. On Wednesday, the grand jury released a document saying Sandusky gave the boys gifts while also making advances on them. Now, he is facing 50 charges over the accusations of molesting boys for 15 years on Penn State property, in his home and other places. The grand jury reported the alleged victim screamed for help at least once in his home while Sandusky’s wife was in upstairs but no one came forward to help victim.

The scandal clearly shows the Penn State officials did not do any things to stop the assaults and it forced the resignations of school president Graham Spanier and football coach Joe Paterno. First, he was arrested last month. Sandusky reiterated he is innocent. Jerry said he showered and horsed around with boys but never molested them. On Wednesday, Sandusky was unable to $250,000 cash bail and taken to Centre County jail by agents from the state attorney general’s office.

He was arrested at his home and taken to court. At the time of arrest, he was seen in a blue and white Penn State wrestling jacket and matching sweat pants.

The ninth accuser said he was 11 or 12 when he first met Sandusky in 2004 and Sandusky took him to Penn State football games and gave him gifts and money, and molested him over several years. The 10th accuser said he was referred by a counselor to The Second Mile in 1997. He also attended Penn State games with Sandusky, spent time at Sandusky’s house.
