Michael Vicky lawyer says that Vicky was not involved in the shooting which held at outside the Virginia Beach, where he was celebrating his birthday party. One of the Philadelphia Eagles members, Larry Woodward said that Vick was not there when shooting was held on Friday at outside of the beach.
Virginia Beach police spokesman, Adam Bernstein said that the shooting victim was taken to hospital and his injuries are not life threatening. After several investigations, the police find the victim as Quanis Philips. He is one of the culprits in the dog fighting case. Phillips was sentenced to 21 months in prison for his role in the dog fighting operation.
The Eagles says that they were still collecting the facts about the incident. But, they say that Vick has left before the incident happened. Police are still investigating, and Bernstein said the shooting victim and witnesses are cooperating for the investigation.
