Michael Clayton: There is news that New York Giants is going to sing with Michael Clayton on one-year contract. Michael Clayton is a former Tampa Bay Buccaneers receiver.

Sources say that Former Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver, Michael Clayton will sign with New York Giants on a one-year deal.

Clayton was the 15th overall pick in the first round of 2004 NFL Draft by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He played for Buccaneers from 2004 to 2009. On September 4, 2009, he was released by Buccaneers.

On October 25, 2010, he joined the Omaha Nighthawks of the United Football League.

New York Giants acquired Clayton as their receivers Steve Smith, Hakeem Nicks and Ramses Barden have been struggling with injuries. Currently, New York Giants is at No.7 position in the passing defense. He may join the Giants for the Sunday’s game against Jacksonville Jaguars.
