NFL commissioner, Roger Goodell said Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback, Ben Roethlisberger is laying more efforts than the league expects from him.
On Thursday, NFL commissioner, Roger Goodell will meet Ben Roethlisberger during his visit to Pittsburgh Steelers camp. Ben Roethlisberger was banned for six matches for violating the NFL’s policy conduct.
“He is doing what he’s been asked to do and frankly more,” NFL commissioner, Roger Goodell.
NFL League gave him an opportunity that if his behaves properly in team’s workouts then his suspension will be reduced to four matches. Now, Ben Roethlisberger may get some exemption in his ban after the NFL commissioner c
omments.
Earlier, Michael Vick got a clean cheat from NFL over the allegations of firing in his birthday party few weeks ago. Roger Goodell confirmed that there will be no action against Michael Vick after meeting Vick in the Philadelphia Eagles training camp.
“Everything that he’s asked, I’ve done,” Ben Roethlisberger said. “I’ve tried to go above and beyond. It’s positive encouragement. Everybody thinks he’s just coming here to see me, but he’s touring all the camps. So I assume that we’re going to talk.”
Ben Roethlisberger is also expecting the same in his case also.
