At last, Ndamukong Suh deal with Detroit Lions will be finalized. Ndamukong Suh agreed to sign on five-year deal with Detroit Lions.
On Tuesday, defensive tackle, Ndamukong Suh and Detroit Lions have agreed for a five-year contract which worth’s $68 million. Ndamukong Suh has agreed for the terms and conditions of Detroit Lions. Ndamukong Suh will receive $40 million in guaranteed money.
Ndamukong Suh and Detroit Lions are working to finalize the deal and the signs will be done by Wednesday. Ndamukong Suh was picked by Detroit Lions as No.2 overall pick in the 2010 NFL Draft.
Ndamukong Suh will reach the Michigan on Wednesday morning to sign on deal and will join with team for training camp. Ndamukong Suh has missed the first four days of practice sessions.
“We have six days in shoulder pads and we have six full-padded practices in training ca
mp. And we’ve already finished two of those shoulder-pads practices,” Detroit Lions coach, Jim Schwartz said. “Those are opportunities that, once they’re gone, they’re gone forever. You’re not getting them back. That’s the disappointing thing from his standpoint. That’s work that you can’t get back there.”
However, there are two first-round picks without contracts. Seattle Seahawks No.6 overall pick, Russell Okung and Buffalo Bills No.9 overall pick, C.J.Spiller.
