The National Football League has fined New Orleans Saints running back Pierre Thomas $12,500 for a uniform violation and a touchdown celebration
The 27-year-old Pierre Thomas, who has fined for $12,500 for the violated NFL policies by wearing Christmas-themed green and red tape on his black and gold Saints uniform in his last game victory over the Atlanta Falcons with a 45-13. Thomas has pulled out a gold bow from his hand warmer, stuck it on the football and handed it to a fan in the front row as a late Christmas gift on Monday night. Running back Thomas said he wants to enjoy Christmas time and likes to present a gift to one of his fan.
Thomson was the only player in the Christmas spirit for New Orleans Saints, while Receivers Lance Moore, Marques Colston, Robert Meachem and Devery Henderson begin the game wearing red and green spats on their ankles against Atlanta Falcons at Mercedes-Benz Superdome in his home town New Orleans. Thomas said he is still happy to present a gift to a lucky fan a amazing gift and he had observe the woman in Saints gear behind the end zone.
Both starting safeties Malcolm Jenkins and Roman Harper are left the field in the third quarter on Monday, before returning in the fourth quarter. Jenkins left, who suffered arm injury on a big hit to receiver Roddy White while Harper left with an undisclosed injury.
