The Oakland Raiders will appoint Denver Broncos defensive coordinator Dennis Allen as head coach for the team for upcoming season, where he is going to sing a deal soon says report.
The 39-year-old Dennis Allen will be become the first Oakland Raiders coach from the defensive side of the back, where late owner Al Davis sign up linebackers coach John Madden in 1069 NFL season. John Madden has guided team to win 103 games in 10 seasons and Oakland’s first Super Bowl championship following the 1976 NFL season. According sources, Allen is NFL’s youngest head coach at 39 years and 124 days old in NFL history.
Dennis Allen, who has helped Denver Broncos to improve the team from allowing an NFL’s most horrible 29.4 points and 390.8 yards per game to 20th rank in yards with 357.8, while holds 24th rank in points with 24.4 in this season on the way to AFC West title. Allen also worked as a secondary coach for the New Orleans Saints’ from 2008 to 2010 and assistant defensive line coach from 2006 to 2007 for five regular seasons.
In 2006 season, Allen, who was in accuse of the Saints defensive line for 290 tackles, 28.5 sacks, six forced fumbles including six fumble recoveries. The Raiders is the sixth team in the NFL History, since the 1970 merger to allow at least 2,000 yards in rushing and 4,000 yards passing in a season.
