Danario Alexander, St. Louis Rams is still running fine after undergoing five knee operations. He has participated in the workout with his teammates on Wednesday.
After suffering five operations on his left knee the wide receiver is looking to retain full fitness in 2011. Alexander said that he been working hard and practicing throughout his offseason to attain full fitness for this regular season. He also added that it has been lot better what it was from earlier this season; everything seems to coming back his way.
Rams’ quarterback Sam Bradford worked with Alexander in the practice. Quarterback said that watching Alexander following in the team drills and he looks even quick, much faster and more explosive than ever. When Alexander was in the lineup with full fitness he played some big playoffs and he will helpful for us to go with full strength.
In the draft pick of 2010 Alexander was undrafted and signed with Ram’s in August, after starting the season on the practice squad he was in the lineup with 20 catches for 306 yards and a touchdown. He picked up injury in late October and underwent fifth operation on his left knee to remove torn cartilage and represented for last six games, starting the final two games against San Francisco and Seattle.
Alexander quoted that it is great to play in the leagues at high level, coming in as a rookie and making a heavy impact makes him feel proud. He added that last season’s flashes were just a glimpse of his that what he is able to produce.
