Randy Moss Released and Randy Moss Waived by Vikings: Minnesota Vikings has decided to release Randy Moss on Tuesday. Brad Childress confirmed the news in the team meeting.
Randy Moss second innings with Minnesota Vikings was closed as the team decided to release. Moss joined Minnesota Vikings just four weeks ago and wore his purple No.84 jersey happily. Moss had a poor record this season. In the beginning of the season, Moss played for New England Patriots and later, he moved to Minnesota Vikings. Vikings has showed special interest in picking Randy Moss from New England Patriots.
Randy Moss made some serious comments about the Vikings coach, Brad Childress and players after their loss to New England Patriots on last Sunday.
Brad Childress discussed with management and teammates regarding this issue. On Monday, Childress decided to release Randy Moss.
“This decision was made based on what we thought was in the best interests of the Minnesota Vikings, both in the short and long term,” Vikings head coach, Brad Childress said. “We wish Randy the best as he moves forward in his career.”
Dallas Cowboys, Washington Redskins, Chicago Bears, St. Louis Rams, Miami Dolphins, Oakland Raiders, Kansas City Chiefs, Seattle Seahawks and New York Jets are having interest to acquire Randy Moss. There is news that New England Patriots is also plans to retain Moss.
