Dolphin’s running back Ronnie Brown is willing to continue his career with same franchise as his career not has been sealed yet.
The running back sated in an interview that he has been with the team since the second-overall pick in the 2005 NFL Draft. But, Dolphins pick Kansas State tailback Daniel Thomas in the second round of 2011 NFL Draft pick. As this indicates that Brown run in Dolphins might be over adding to the comments of team manager Jeff Ireland.
Ronnie Brown is following the footsteps of fellow veteran running back Ricky Williams; he was out due to free agent when the lockout is lifted. Brown insisted that he is ready to move on if that is the case. Brown and Williams has been very successful pair for Dolphins’, as they both rushed for 1,407 yards on 359 rushes with an average of 3.9 and scoring seven touchdowns.
Crowder, the teammate of Brown’s teammate and also his close friend said that Brown is a very hardworking and spoke highly, praising the hard running style of running back. Brown reacted to the Crowder statements and said that his career was disappointing in some aspects. He added that his best football days is still to come, and looking forward to be a in wherever his next locker room will be.
Brown said that he feels there is still a lot of chance to prove his game and he will be loved to lead the attack.
