The new teammates of Detroit Lions Titus Young and Mikel Leshoure, who were drafted during draft picks, have joined the informal workouts for players during the lockout.
Lions have conducted workouts at Detroit Country Day School, 25 players were gathered in the workouts. The workout includes the second round picks of 2011 drafts wide receiver Titus Young and running back Mikel Leshoure. Both the players coming from college level football and starting their NFL career with Detroit Lions. Titus Young represented Boise State where Mikel Leshoure played for Illinois.
Leshoure stated that, he doesn’t think that team was weighed down by the new comers and there are no playbooks for them to go home study. Titus Young said that, they know two ne rookies have been drafted by a good team which intact they need to meet the standards of the team. They do not have enough time to learn everything before the regular season kicks off, but they will be most of these days in the workouts.
The rookies career graph with their college teams are, Young, 5-foot-11, 174-pound has caught 150 passes over his final two seasons at Boise State and Leshoure, The 6-foot, 227-pound has 20 touchdowns last season. Leshoure even got tattooed Lions logo on his arm and he also impressed the senior players in the workouts.
