NFL officials were estimating huge crowd record of 105,000 fans to attend for the Super Bowl XLV. The Super Bowl XLV finale will play between Pittsburgh Steelers and Green Bay Packers on 6th of February at Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, Texas.
NFL officials stated that the seating capacity in the Cowboys Stadium was not arranged yet, whereas 100,000 tickets have sold out. 95000 tickets were sold inside the Cowboys Stadium and other 5000 tickets were committed to the Party Plaza area which will be situated outside the Stadium.
The Football fans would like to watch game on the huge HD screens outside the Cowboys Stadium in Arlington. All tickets were sold on last week for $800 for a block of four . The NFL record for the attendance at a Super Bowl game occurred on 20th January, 1980 when 102.985 fans has attended the Super Bowl XIV where the game is between Pittsburgh Steelers and Los Angeles at the Rose Bowl. The largest crowd comes for the NFL game when the Dallas Cowboys played with Houston Oilers in front of the 112,376 huge crowds in a preseason game in the year 1994 at Azteca Stadium in Mexico City.
Super Bowl XLV finale game is also expecting huge crowd, whereas NFL officials were looking over the seating arrangement in the Cowboys Stadium. Pittsburgh Steelers defeated New York Jets and Green Bay Packers beaten Chicago Bears in their previous games.
Finally, Pittsburgh Steelers will face Green Bay Packers in the Super Bowl XLV finale on 6th February, 2011.
