Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Terrell Owens has been planning to play his 16th NFL season, where he is going to undergo knee surgery.
Terrell Owens, who had scheduled to be an unrestricted free agent, after the NFL lockout ends-up, where he had an surgery to refurbish the ligament within the last month. Owens could return to the field in late November or December. The Bengals wide receiver had never made reference to an ACL injury on twitter.
In the 2010 NFL season, Cincinnati Bengals came to finish, when Owens torn meniscus in his left knee on 19th December against the Cleveland Browns in week 14. Dr. Andrews has repaired Terrell Owens knee on 20th December. He will be a free agent, when the NFL lifts the lockout, but his knee injury can kept him in a question to play in next NFL Season.
The 37-year-old Owens said that, he planned to play a 16th NFL season of his career, after catching 72 passes for 983 yards and nine touchdowns for the Cincinnati Bengals. He was signed for one-year, $2 million contract in 2010, where he was first drafted by the San Francisco 49ers in the third round of the 1996 NFL Draft. Owens ranks just behind Jerry Rice and Randy Moss in receiving touchdowns.
