The 22-year-old Tyler Wilson will be starting quarterback for the Arkansas Razorbacks’ first game against Missouri State next season.
The Arkansas football coach Bobby Petrino has announced on Thursday that, Tyler Wilson will be starting quarterback for the upcoming games against Missouri State. Tyler Wilson said that, he will do his best job for the team and it’s time to show his performance. In the last season, Tyler Wilson has played six games for the Arkansas Razorbacks’, where he threw for 453 yards on 34-of-51 passing yards and four touchdowns including three interceptions.
Tyler Wilson has played well at Auburn, after Ryan Mallett suffered an injured, where Wilson made 332 yards on 25-of-34 passing yards and four touchdowns including two interceptions in second half of the game. Bobby Petrino said that, Tyler Wilson will have to fight hard for his place in the team challenging against sophomore Brandon Mitchell. He added Mitchell will be back into action against Missouri State, during the second quarter.
Petrino said Wilson has been doing well in the training games and working hard. Tyler Wilson said that, he is felling good at the moment and will be work hard for the upcoming games. He added he is very excited and looking forward to play crucial role in the team.
