The University of Southern California appeals NCAA to reduce the penalties on its football program. USC appealed NCAA regarding the matches of this month. Among the appeals regarding the penalties are two year bowl ban, four years of probation, scholarship losses and removal of several victories.
USC asked to reduce the two year postseason ban to one year. USC accepted the bowl ban for the upcoming season and certain scholarship penalties in football.
The school asked the NCAA’s about the scholarship reductions. NCAA also banned the USC for not to play the 13th game of this season and next season. Later, NCAA granted permission to play 13th game of this season and the next season.
