On Wednesday, Jeff Fisher said that Vice Young has sent text message as an apology on Tuesday, but Fisher asked for face-to-face meeting. Jeff Fisher did not send any reply for the Vince Young’s message.
Fisher and Young had a big spat in the locker room after the 19-16 Sunday’s loss to Washington Redskins and the Tennessee Titans coach, Fisher ordered Young not to attend the Monday’s team meeting. On Tuesday, Tennessee Titans placed him in injured reserve as he requires surgery for his right thumb.
“I’m not a real big text guy,” Fisher said. “I’m not really into this new-age stuff. I don’t twit or tweet. But I think face-to-face is a man thing, OK?”
Fisher says that he won’t have any problem if Young joins the practice session. Fisher also said, he completely focused on their forthcoming game against Houston Texans and not looking to waste time on unnecessary issues.
